Every apartment at Rose Court is self-contained and fully furnished to cater to your needs for a holiday, a short getaway, or an extended stay. Additionally, each apartment includes free off-road car parking within the grounds and free WI-FI.
Each apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a variety of saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. The apartments also feature a separate shower room a comfortable living area with 40-inch TV , a dining table, sofa, and occasional tables, and bedrooms that are furnished with either twin, double beds or king-size beds.
For your convenience, we provide all bed linen, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. There is also an iron and ironing board in each apartment.
Additionally, guests have access to a self-service laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Non-Bio detergent and fabric conditioner are also available for use, with a charge of £10.00 for a load of washing and drying, or £5.00 for just drying. Heating in the apartments is provided by panel heaters, and central heating is available in the ground floor apartments during the winter months.
We have a charming secluded and south-facing private garden with a lawn, a wide range of flowers, shrubs, plants and rose bushes. There are tables, chairs and parasols for your enjoyment.
Rose Court offers Electric Vehicle (EV) charging services through our on-site facilities, with costs available at a mutually agreed upon rate. Should you have any inquiries regarding the use of our EV port during your visit, please feel free to reach out to us beforehand.
Only a few minutes stroll from the glorious Babbacombe Downs with its winding footpaths and beach road to Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches, Rose Court is on a level location close to local shops, attractions, bars, cafés, restaurants, entertainment and a gateway to the South West Coastal Path. There is an excellent bus service stopping at the end of York Road, providing easy access to the delights of Torbay, the English Riviera and South Devon.
Dogs are allowed to stay at no additional cost, and we offer a complimentary doggy welcome pack containing valuable information on nearby beaches, attractions, and pet-friendly dining options.
To maintain the cleanliness of our apartments, we kindly request that dogs refrain from jumping or sleeping on the furniture. However, we understand that exceptions may arise, so each apartment is equipped with throws for your convenience. If you prefer for your dog to sleep on the bed, please bring your own linen as an additional charge will apply. We are located close to the South Devon Coastal Path which has direct access to a year-round dog-friendly beach.
