Brief summary

Rose Court Apartments keep details of our customers, their names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses on a manual system. We also keep their contact details (name and addresses) on a secure password-protected computer for the purposes of sending Christmas cards and, potentially, marketing material relating solely to Rose Court Apartments. We would never give contact details (either manually or electronically) to any third parties except with our customers’ express permission or unless legally required to do so.

 

We do not keep bank accounts or credit card details of our customers on any computer or electronic machine. When card payments are made, the paper “merchant copy” is kept securely and shredded as soon as receipt of payment is credited to our bank account.
